Contact Us if you would like to schedule a polocrosse clinic for your group (at your facility, or at the Alcott Academy in Molalla, OR). Polocrosse is great cross-training for you and your horse, and is a great way to improve your horsemanship.
Brandon has taught polocrosse clinics to numerous Pony Clubs, in addition to other horse groups all over the U.S., has introduced many college polo players to the sport, and teaches the sport to players in private lessons.
In the summer of 2011 Brandon coached the USPC international exchange polocrosse team at the Polocrosse World Cup in England. The team did very well, placing 3rd, narrowly beaten by the England and UK teams, but ahead of the team from Ireland. The US team was the only team to be playing on horses that they had never ridden before, and they did very well adapting to their mounts and playing more as a team as the tournament progressed.
Brandon is available to teach groups and individuals on a regular basis (the best option for local players), and can also teach clinics in a variety of formats (4-6 hr Introductory Clinic, or more in-depth 1-3 day clinics). Clinics can be tailored to your interests and needs. Equipment can be provided for clinics, and rates vary based on number of participants, teaching time, and travel expense.
